Warranty
The Cheater Wrench comes with a lifetime, non-transferable warranty. This warranty covers only the tool itself and not the other components, including sockets and adapters. This warranty is null and void if an impact gun is ever used with the Cheater Wrench. It is designed to be turned by hand only.
Sockets and adapters are not covered by this warranty.
In order to make a warranty claim, please use the form on the right to contact us. We will provide you with the address where you need to send the wrench. Once we have received the damaged or defective wrench, we will send you a replacement.
We also cover the carrying case with a limited warranty. If it is damaged in transit by the Post Office, please contact us and we will send an empty replacement case to you. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a claim on a damaged case. Any damage caused by your own use is not covered under this warranty.
Returns
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on any unused product. In order to receive a refund, we must receive the unused product back in its original packaging. Used products are only eligible for a partial refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend the large board game flat rate box from USPS for sending the Cheater Wrench.
